The Tremor® is built for maximum durability and minimal maintenance. Utilising an S355 high-tensile structural frame, it is designed to handle the stresses of modern farming at an affordable price point. Every component, from the HARDOX500® legs to the precision-welded joints, is crafted to provide a long service life in demanding conditions.
Performance & Precision Control
Efficiency is driven by adaptability. The Tremor® is highly configurable, allowing for 5, 6, or 7 leg setups to suit varying soil conditions. The operator has ultimate control via a dual-cylinder hydraulic system on the rear packer, paired with hydraulically adjustable front discs to ensure the machine is always perfectly tuned to the field ‘on the fly’.
SPECIFICATIONS
Surface Management Discs
The Tremor® features 450mm diameter notched, straight front cutting discs mounted on a hydraulically adjustable bar. By slicing through the soil surface ahead of the legs, these discs ensure crop residue flow and prevent “boil,” keeping dormant weed seeds buried and the surface level.
Low Disturbance Leg Technology
Designed to minimise surface disruption while providing deep loosening between 150mm and 250mm.
• Staggered Flow: The layout allows for easy trash flow, significantly reducing draft and fuel costs.
• HARDOX500® Legs: Available in 15mm or 20mm widths for maximum strength and minimal profile.
• Tungsten Durability: STX, GRX, and GLX point options are available with tungsten-tipped wings (115mm to 150mm widths), ensuring consistent soil lift and drainage throughout the lifetime of the point.
Professional Finishing Packers
The machine offers two distinct packer choices to ensure a weatherproof finish:
• 650mm Steel Tensioned Packer (STP-650): Features castellated rings that thrive in light and medium soils, leaving an aggressive rib profile for excellent consolidation.
• 750mm Diameter Toothed Packer: A 600mm barrel with staggered 12mm steel teeth. This larger diameter packer ensures constant rotation to prevent smearing, leaving the surface aerated, level, and closed.
Ultimate Cab Control
Standard hydraulic depth control on the rear packer allows for instant adjustments to suit changing soil types. This precision ensures that the subsoiling operation is always at the optimal depth for drainage and aeration, maximising the effectiveness of every pass.
Consolidated & Weatherproof Finish
The machine offers two heavy-duty packer choices. The 610mm PRR Packer features castellated Boron Steel rings for reliable turning in all soils, leaving a consolidated and weatherproof finish. Alternatively, the larger 750mm Diameter Toothed Packer uses staggered 12mm steel teeth to ensure rotation and aid surface aeration, leaving the soil largely undisturbed while closing the surface.
