Its main frame utilises S355 high-tensile box section (300mm x 200mm x 12mm), precision MIG welded to create a rock-solid platform. All wearing parts are designed for longevity, with the high-grade XAR500 legs providing superior strength-to-weight performance compared to traditional steels.
Performance & Versatile Protection
Efficiency is driven by the choice of leg protection: either a simple, tool-free Shear Bolt system or the premium Hydraulic Auto-Reset, which eliminates downtime and allows for greater forward speeds in challenging terrain. The machine is designed for seamless integration into your system, fitting CAT 2 or 3 linkages and maintaining a practical 2.6m transport width.

The two-leg configuration is optimised for deep-working efficiency (up to 610mm working depth).
• Leg Material: High-grade XAR500 carbon steel for maximum service life.
• Adjustable Spacing: Leg centres can be adjusted up to 2300mm to perfectly align with the wheel marks of modern high-horsepower tractors.
• Quick-Fit Points: Compatible with 4” or 6” subsoiler feet, featuring integrated side plates to protect the leg from excessive wear.

Leg protection is available in two configurations:
• Shear Bolt: A reliable, cost-effective system for consistent conditions.
• Hydraulic Auto-Reset: The premium choice for stony ground, allowing the legs to trip and reset automatically, ensuring the operator never has to leave the cab to replace a bolt.
Consolidated & Weatherproof Finish
The Tramline Buster offers versatile finishing options to suit your soil management strategy:
• 610mm (24”) Packer Roller: Provides heavy-duty consolidation to seal the surface and prevent moisture loss.
• 580mm (23”) Solid Coil: A targeted alternative for aerating while firming the soil.
• Hydraulic Adjustment: Both the packer and coil options feature hydraulic depth adjustment as standard, giving the operator ultimate control over the finish directly from the tractor.
