With centre-pivoting wings, the machine adapts to undulating terrain, ensuring consistent ring pressure across the entire working width. This prevents bridging and ensures every inch of the seedbed is perfectly pressed, regardless of field topography.
Industrial-Grade Engineering
Built to endure the stresses of wide-format rolling, these models feature a reinforced horizontal folding system that remains compact at a 3m transport width. For our largest 12m models, we include centre support bearings on all shafts to eliminate flex and extend the life of the 60mm high-tensile axles, providing a level of durability that sets the industry standard.
SPECIFICATIONS
Precision Ground Following
The 5-section configuration features centre-pivoting wings that allow the machine to “hug” the ground. This critical engineering detail ensures that the weight is distributed evenly, providing uniform consolidation even on uneven or rolling landscapes.
Heavy-Duty Axle & Bearing System
All models are built around 60mm high-tensile axles and greaseable triple-seal bearings. On 12m models, additional centre support bearings are integrated to provide maximum rigidity and prevent axle fatigue during high-speed operation or transport.
High-Strength Ring Options
Equipped with 4-spoke rings as standard, we also offer our newly developed 8-spoke 24” high-strength rings and 10-spoke breaker rings. These options are 2.25x stronger than standard designs, specifically engineered to withstand the increased loads of wider machines.
Road-Ready Safety
Despite their massive working widths, these rollers fold to a manageable 3m transport width. They are fully equipped for road safety with hydraulic brakes and LED lights as standard, supported by 18-ply super-single tyres on 8-stud rims for stable, high-speed towing.
