For those operating in more demanding environments, our Heavy Duty Range upgrades to 16-ply tyres on 6-stud rims, ensuring the frame and running gear can withstand the rigors of high-acreage use.
Tailored Consolidation & Field Agility
Efficiency in the field is enhanced by superior flotation, allowing the rollers to contour effectively over variable ground conditions. To further increase the machine’s versatility, we offer optional hydraulic paddle tines (available on the Heavy Duty range) and jackpot tines, allowing you to crush clods and level the surface in a single pass.

Uncompromising Axle Strength
Reliability starts at the core with 60mm high-tensile axles supported by greaseable triple-seal bearings. This setup is designed to keep dust and debris out, ensuring the rings turn freely and reducing the wear and tear associated with heavy seasonal use.
Advanced Ring Technology
NRH Engineering now offers an optional 8-spoke 24” high-strength ring and 10-spoke breaker ring. These advanced designs are 2.25x stronger at the weakest point between the spokes, providing unmatched durability in stony or undulating terrain.
Heavy-Duty Undercarriage
Standard models are equipped with durable 10-ply tyres, while the Heavy Duty range is fitted with 16-ply tyres on 6-stud rims as standard. This ensures stable road transport and increased load-bearing capacity during intensive field operations.
Customisable Finishing Tools
Maximise efficiency with a range of optional extras, including hydraulic paddle tines for aggressive clod breaking, jackpot tines for enhanced cultivation, and eradicator tines to eliminate wheel marks. Integrated stone trays are also available to keep fields clear of debris.
