QUAKE
The Quake is our premium range of subsoilers, expertly designed to tackle the challenges posed by modern farming methods. With the growing trend of larger equipment, our NRH low-draft subsoilers provide the perfect solution for efficient soil management. Featuring a “V” configuration, these machines deliver superior performance by allowing the leading tine to effectively disturb the soil for the following tines, making it far more efficient than traditional single-beam designs. Built in the UK using top-quality materials, our subsoilers are crafted for long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance.
The hydraulic trip protection eliminates the use of shear bolts saving down time and allowing greater forward speeds. The hydraulic system has a fully adjustable pressure system, which allows for the machine to cope with varying ground conditions.

Specifications:
High Strength Steel
The main frame of the V configured frame is constructed from S355 high tensile box section measuring 300mm x 200mm x 10mm wall thickness. This provides one of the most durable machines on the market with use of precision Mig welding and S355 Steel plate thought the frame.
Shear Bolt
Leg protection is provided by using our own designed shear bolts which are easy to replace with out the need for spanners. Simply knock the broken pin out and replace with a new one.
Hydraulic Auto-Reset
The hydraulic trip protection eliminates the use of shear bolts reducing down time and allowing greater forward speeds. The hydraulic system has a fully adjustable pressure system, which allows for the machine to cope with varying ground conditions.
HARDOX500® Legs
The Quake is available with 3, 5 or 7 legs with leg spacing of between 600 to 750mm. The staggered layout of the legs allows for easy trash flow through the machine, this reduces tractor power requirement and in turn fuel consumption.
There are two leg options for the Quake; the standard from 25mm thick HARDOX500® leg and associated one piece cast point with 200mm wide wings or a new 20mm thick HARDOX500® leg used in combination with the LDX Tungsten point and interchangeable Tungsten wings at 175mm or 125mm.
610mm PRR Packer
This packer system is a tried and tested feature of many cultivators and comprises 610mm Boron Steel press rings tensioned onto a 60mm High Tensile Steel axle. These run on fully sealed bearings and have HARDOX450® scrapers. The ring sections on the PRR-610 packer are castellated allowing the roller to turn in light and medium soils and the aggressive rib and shoulder profile leaves an excellent consolidated weatherproof finish in all soil types.
750mm Diameter Toothed Packer
Staggered rows of 12mm steel teeth are welded to a 600mm diameter barrel to give an overall diameter of 750mm. The packer roller leaves an aerated, consolidated and level finish which will aid surface aeration and surface penetration of water. The teeth ensure the packer turns to stop soil smear. The packer roller closes the surface after the legs to leave the soil largely undisturbed. It can be ballasted for extra consolidation.
Hydraulic Depth Control
The Quake has hydraulic depth control on the rear packer via two cylinders for ultimate control from the cab. This feature along with the hydraulically adjustable front discs allows the operator to make on the fly adjustments to suit field conditions.
