The ROLLX-GS is our premium range of UK-built hydraulic folding ballast rollers, expertly engineered for high-performance soil consolidation and effective stone suppression across working widths from 4.3m to 8.3m. ROLLX–GS

Seamless Deployment

Our fully hydraulic horizontal folding system eliminates the need for reversing or manual bars, allowing the operator to transition from transport to work mode effortlessly while maintaining a compact 2.5m road width.

Invest in a machine crafted for long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance, ensuring your investment stands the test of time.

610mm Heavy-Duty Barrels

13mm thick steel with rounded ends to prevent soil scuffing and turf damage.

S355 Structural Integrity

Mainframe constructed from high-tensile steel (up to 10mm wall thickness) for ultimate durability.

Variable Ballast Control

Barrels can be water-filled to increase weight for aggressive consolidation and stone pressing.

Versatile Surface Management

The ROLLX-GS is designed to adapt to a wide range of agricultural requirements. By utilising water ballast, operators can significantly increase the machine’s downward pressure, making it an essential tool for pressing stones into the seedbed or leveling poached grassland. The rounded ends of the 610mm barrels ensure that the machine remains ‘kind’ to the surface during turns, preventing the ridges often left by square-edged rollers.

Precision Field Agility

Engineering excellence is reflected in the machine’s ability to maintain flotation over variable ground conditions. The 400/60-15.5 tyres on 6-stud rims provide a stable footprint for high-speed transport, while the optional hydraulic paddle and harrowing tines allow the ROLLX-GS to be transformed into a comprehensive one-pass cultivation and leveling tool.

SPECIFICATIONS

Reinforced Barrel Construction

Each 610mm (24”) diameter barrel is manufactured from 13mm thick steel to withstand heavy ballast loads and impact from stones. The rounded edges are a critical design feature, ensuring smooth operation on sensitive grass surfaces and preventing ‘digging in’ during tight headland turns.

S355 High-Tensile Frame

The ROLLX-GS is built to handle significant stress, utilising S355 grade high-tensile box section with wall thicknesses of 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm. Precision engineering and high-tensile pins throughout the frame ensure this is one of the most robust folding rollers available.

Heavy-Duty Axle & Bearing System

Reliability is guaranteed by 60mm high-tensile axles paired with greaseable triple-seal bearings. This high-specification sealing prevents the ingress of dust and moisture, significantly extending the service life of the machine even in demanding seasonal conditions.

Customisable Work-Zones

Tailor the ROLLX-GS to your specific needs with a range of professional options, including:

• Hydraulic Paddle & Jackpot Tines: For aggressive clod breaking and leveling.

• Harrowing Tines: To remove moss and aerate the surface in one pass.

• Stone Trays: For the efficient removal of larger surface debris.

• LED Lighting: Fitted as standard for safe and compliant road transport.
