Versatile Engineering: Coil vs. Ring

The Front Coil Press features a 580mm solid coil and star cleaning system, making it the ideal all-rounder for achieving an evenly worked seedbed. For more challenging environments, the Front Ring Press utilizes extra heavy-duty 30° or 45° cast rings. This configuration is specifically designed for medium to heavy land where deep underground packing (8–15cm) or aggressive clod-breaking is required to achieve the perfect finish.

Precision Levelling & Tine Integration

Our unique tine-carrier systems allow you to extend your cultivation reach. By fitting a 3m or 4m tine frame to a 1.5m press, you can level the full width of the machine while the press specifically targets the soil between the tractor wheels. Choose from heavy-duty rigid tines, vibrating paddle tines for superior leveling, or ‘Jackpot’ tines with assistor springs to increase cultivation action and crush stubborn clods before they reach the rear implements.

Self-Steering Precision

All NRH front presses are equipped with a self-steering headstock as standard. This allows the machine to follow the tractor’s path accurately during turns, reducing stress on the front linkage and ensuring that consolidation remains consistent even on undulating headlands.

Heavy-Duty Frame & Mounting

Built for the rigours of modern high-horsepower tractors, the range features a heavy-duty 3-point linkage back frame as standard. For smaller models, a quick-release safety ‘A’ frame is available, providing a secure and rapid attachment point for improved operator convenience.

Advanced Tine Options

Customise your front press with various cultivation tools:

• Paddle Tines: 80 x 10 spring steel boards providing a high-vibration effect for maximum leveling.

• Rigid & Jackpot Tines: Independently depth-adjustable for deep-entry cultivation and clod shattering.

• Double Tine Options: Now available for maximum working capacity in high-trash or heavy soil conditions.

Durability & Low Maintenance

Every press is fitted with high-specification, heavy-duty bearings and a polypropylene wear strip to reduce friction and extend the service life of the steering components. The Coil Press specifically features a star cleaning system to ensure the machine remains clear and functional in sticky or damp conditions.
